Dele Ayemibo
Dele Ayemibo (Ph.D) CEO

Bamidele Ayemibo (Ph.D) is the CEO of 3T Impex Consulting Limited. He is a renowned author, international business coach, keynote speaker, International business development expert, and one of the foremost International Trade Consultant, an International Trade Specialist (ITS), and Certified Documentary Credit Specialist (CDCS), AfCFTA Ambassador with more than a decade years of international trade experience within and outside the Banking sector. 

He is the first Certified Specialist in Demand Guarantee in Nigeria and among the first ten in Africa. He holds a Masters in International Business with Law from Salford University, Manchester, United Kingdom and holds a Ph.D. In International Business & Marketing with a first-class honour at the LIGS University, Hawaii, United States of America. He conceived, designed and facilitates the training of the First Export Diploma programme and Ten other Trade Professional Development Programmes in Africa in conjunction with the American Institute of Extended Studies.

He is a member of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Working Group (WG) on Trade Digitalisation and Blockchain in the world, as part of the ICC Commission on Customs and Trade Facilitation. He is a facilitator at the Lagos Business School, an Export Business Mentor on the UK Aid PDF II Export Mentoring programme, and the former Chairman, of the Export Group at Lagos Chamber of Commerce & Industry.

He anchors an export radio programme on Nigerian info FM and the author of seven trade books: “Export Business Made Easy,” “Import Business Made Easy,” “Demand Guarantee Made Easy,” “Standby Letter of Credit Made Easy,” “A-Z of Export Business Financing,” “Built to Go Global,” and “Eureka! I Have Found International Buyers.”

He has trained more than 70% of the currently certified trade finance specialist in Nigeria. He set up the foremost trade consulting company in Nigeria and has a very rare combination of expertise in international trade finance, trade rules, banking background and trade execution experience. Caleb Afuwape Trade Logistic Manager

Caleb Afuwape is currently the Trade Logistic Manager and an International Trade Consultant at 3Timpex Consulting Limited, the foremost international trade training and consulting company in Nigeria. He was the head of Trade execution unit of the firm and was later drafted to head the Trade Logistics unit for more than a year and has been working in the trade environment for the past four years.

He is knowledgeable in the handling of trade transactions both domestic and foreign from opening of NXP form to the point of proceeds repatriation in exports and opening of form M to the point of consummation of the trade transaction in imports. He is knowledgeable in checking, examination and scrutiny of shipping documents.

Grace Adedayo Administrative Manager

Ms Grace Adedayo is currently the Administrative Manager and an International Trade Consultant at 3T Impex Consulting Limited, the foremost international trade training and consulting company in Nigeria.

She heads the administrative unit of the firm and has been working in the trade environment for the past three years. She handles both internal and external communications between the firm and our respective clients.
